Copies of the Subdivision Con- trol Law (Chap. 674) were distributed to the members. Silva With regard to Mr. Silva's situation wherein he desires to build without constructing the necessary road, Mr. Potter moved, Mr. Hathaway seconded that he be notified the Board feels he must fulfill the standard requirements for a subdivision. So voted. .. Inasmuch as Mr. Ampolo will be unable to complete the bond for his entire plan, he is asked to bring it in in smaller sections so that the bond will cover whatever portion is being built. Lexington Construction Co. (Mr. Stevens present.) Mr. Stevens stated he did not see how the Board can make a de- cision at present inasmuch as there is no specific plan before the Board to act upon - feels there has been enough informal discussion between the Board and Mr. Newgent so that it is understood what is required. If sewer is not shown on plan, some other means of disposal should be -shown. It was felt that the Board should recommend at fall town meeting that should Mr. Newgent agree to connect with the sewer the Town extend present sewer to end of Woodberry Road. If voted, it would obviate any discussion as to reasonable distance and would save much more money in the long run by not having it come in later. Left that Mr. Newgent be asked to bring in tentative plan showing sewer connection, as that will be necessary in or- der to ask for extension at town meeting. Meeting adjourned at 8:45 o'clock. i
