Present: Adams, Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Potter, Ripley
Meeting opened at 7:30 o'clock.
Bills
Bill presented by Adams Press, advertising hearings for MaConobie
and Colonial Developments, March 19 and 26 @ $5.00 each, $10.00. Unani-
mously voted the bills be paid.
Recommendations
reconm ndations to be made to Town Meeting by the Planning
Board were read. One which regpested a sense of the meeting as to having
a survey made was lost 3-3.
Ampola
Rose Ampola of 12 Jones Ave., Chelsea, presented plan for proposed
subdivision on portion of Peter Helburn land on Burlington street. Inas-
much as the proposed street did not provide sufficient side yard to adja-
cent property the plan was rejected.
Meeting closed at 7:55 o'clock.
