PLANNING BOARD MEETING
Sunday, March 22, 1953
Present: Adams, Grindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Potter.
A special meeting of the Planning Board was held on the above date.
Recommendation
Due to technicalities in existing regulations of the Zoning By-laws
it was voted to recommend to the Town Meeting scheduled for Monday evening,
March 23, 1953 that Articles 43, ?ate and 45 be indefinitely postponed,
A letter was received from the Chairman of the Board of Selectmen
stating their position on Articles 34 and 35. There was general discussion
of the attitude the Planning Board should take on these Articles. Since
the Board at a previous meeting had approved action on them, no further
action was taken.
