Present: Adams, Hathaway, Irwin, Johnson, Potter, Ripley
Meeting opened at 8 o'clock.
The Board adjourned to meet with the Appropriation Committee until
8:30 o'clock.
Mr. Adams announced that Mr. Johnson and he would go to see Mr. How.
land of Minot, Williams & Bangs on Wednesday morning next.
A suggestion was made that a letter be written the Selectmen to the
effect that the Board felt it was unnecessary to have a man in the Engineer's
room on Monday evenings.
After further discussion re: parking on block between Waltham and
Muzzey streets it was decided that Mr. Adams would consult with Mr. Stevens
and have some answers for the next meeting.

Date for hearing on Ridge Construction Co. was set for Monday, Feb.
ruary 9th.
Meeting adjourned at 9:45 o'clock.
