Bills Bills presented as follows Typing Carrig agreements, Rita McNamara, $11.00, Ann Marshall, $4.00. Unanimously voted the bills be paid. Ridge Associates Plans and profiles submitted by Ridge Associates for subdivision show-; ing eleven lots on Match Road, area running from corner of Watertown street and Concord avenue in a northerly direction to Malvern Terrace Extension at Arlington line. Tentatively approved subject to approval by Mr. Burns and Board of Health. Discussion of merits of new zoning law in Waltham described as Limited Commercial. Also, further discussion on parking. It was suggested that Mr. Adams and one other member of the Planning Board contact owners of the two larger plots of land on Edison Way to find out that in the event of the Town taking by eminent domain if they would donate the land, which would be materially benefited, or what their price would be. Silva - Spagnuola Mr. Silva and Mr. Spagnugla appeared for decision on property on Sunny Knoll avenue. Were told that whether or not the old plan of 50 foot lots hadi been recorded, it had sine been recorded as single lot in order to have ' proper frontage for house now built thereby invalidating any previous re- cordings. In order to now build it would be necessary to comply with preadnt' zoning lags. Baskin Mr. Baskin and Mr. Nylander appeared with preliminary plans of sub- division of 40 lots located on Williams Road running northerly between Blake and Gleason roads. Tentatively approved subject to approval by Mr* Burns and Board of Health. Universal Develglnwntnt Care. Mr. Ducharme and Mr. Nylander appeared with plans and profiles of sub -1 division on Burlington street called Kineen Park. phase plans would seem to be unsatisfactory because of only one entrance or exit in hazardous location,j bad grades, etc. Plans taken under advisement.
