Present: Adams, Hathaway, Irwin, Johnson, Ripley.
Meeting opened at 7.45 o'clock.
Bill presented by Rita McNamara, typing agreement, $..00. Unan-
imously voted the bill be paid.
Carrig
Xr. Robert Carrig appeared for approval of final plans for Section
II of Minute Man Highlands, Concord Avenue. Unanimously voted the plans be
approved subject to approval by Town Engineer Burns.
DeVries
Mr. DeVries appeared for tentative approval of Battle Green Devel-
opment including Battle Green Road and Minute Man Lanesituated between
Massachusetts avenue and Paul Revere road. Unanimously voted the plans be
' approved subject to Mr. Burns' approval. Date for hearing set for Monday,
December 8 at 8 o'clock.
Couette
Mr. Win Couette received final signed plans of Philip Road, Dawes
Road, and Lantern Lane, certificate of completion having been received from
Mr. Burns,
Cavanaugh
Mr. Joyce appeared for advice as to whether or not land of Thomas
Cavanaugh on Grant street was suitable for development. It was the opina.
ion of the Board, however, that the required road could not be built in
accordance with the law. Plan left for Mr.Burnst consideration.
Discussion followed on future planning for business areas.
