Meeting opened at 7:45 p.m.
Baskin
Mr. John Baskin appeared for information on changing zoning by-law.
He was desirous of adding to business zone approximately a 1001 strip on
Property of Abbott Spray & Farm Equipment Co. located at south-east corner
of Concord Ave. and Waltham street. Was advised that this must take the
regular procedure of applying for change in zoning by-law.

Bill presented by Louise M. Baker for secretarial services Oct. b
�� and 27 and supplies. Unanimously voted the bill be paid. ($21.16.5
Budget
A budget was proposed as follows: Secretarial service, $300; post-
age and supplies, $100; maps, blueprints, professianal services, $1100; total
$1500. Unanimously voted this budget be submitted to the Appropriation
Com-mittee.
Universal Development Corp.
Mr. Ducharme, Mr. Nylander and three others appeared for report on
plans submitted previously. Were asked for profile of road as there was in-
sufficient information for proper planning.
Some discussion followed on possible future business areas including
Bedford street, Edison Way, and area back of Savings Bank. To be discussed
more fully at a later date.
Meeting adjourned at 10:7.5 p.m.
