Monday, May 123 1952
Present: Adams, Hathaway, Irwin, Johnson, Potter, Ripley - Burns, Stevens.
Meeting opened at 7:45.
Bills
The following bills were presented: Rita McNamara, typing agree-
ments, $29.00; Eastern Aerial Surveys, aerial photo of M-1 district,
cost divided between Blackwell and Planning Board, our share $35.00.
Unanimously voted these bills be paid.
DeVries
Mr. DeVries of DeVries Construction Co. of Wakefield appeared with
general layout of subdivision of Sullivan Farm off Wood street. Plan left
for further study.
Cunningham
Mr. Gordon Cunningham of Cambridge appeared with request for change
of zone of property on corner of Curve street and Mass. Ave. on which he
wishes to build a hardware store. Property at present is owned by
Lillian Parks. Was advised it would require further study before
approval and at any rate must take the regular procedure of public hear-
ings and town meeting.

Roads
Decided to recd miend a road connecting Bedford St. and Grove St.,
exact location to be determined by engineers.
Pleasant Associates
Mr. Small of Pleasant Associates requested advice from 11r. Stevens
as to drainage problem. Mr. Stevens felt that if there would be damage
to lower land in the future, the plan should not be approved; however if
no damage would result it should be O.K. Left for decision by Mr.Burns.
The Board received a notice of hearings to be held by City of Wal-
tham on Monday May 19 at 8 o'clock for proposed streets in vicinity of
Trapelo road. Mr. Potter volunteered to attend.
