Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock.
Ig - Pleasant Associate'
Mr. Charles Small appeared for Pleasant Associates with petition for
definitive approval of •portion of subdivision which included Wheeler, Whipple,
Douglas and Cranston roads. Mr. Paquette of 223 Lowell street, Mr. Thomas
Walsh of 265 Lowell street, and Mr. Tuttle of Lowell street and four others
appeared. Questions were asked regarding the drainage which is very bad in
certain points of this area. They were advised that in order for the Town to
approve, the drainage problem must be satisfactorily taken care of. There
were no objections other than that of drainage. Plans were approved subject
to approval of Town Engineer Burns and Board of Health, provided the change
in drain as suggested by Mr. Burns be adopted.
gearing - McLaughlin
Mr. Charles McLaughlin and Mr. Al Miller appeared for definitive
approval of plans for development on Wood street which included portion of
Bates road. Mr. and Mrs. Lull of Wood street appeared also. No objections
and plans were approved subject to approval by Town Engineer and Board of
111 Health.

Mr. Benjamin Simeone Sr. and Mr. Benjamin Simeone Jr. appeared with
plans for subdivision between Maple and Woburn streets. These plans were
taken under advisement.

Mr. Harvey Newgent appeared with plans for construction of subdivision
street called Patterson road. Was advised he should bring in completed plans
as sketched in pencil on Monday, April 14 and date for hearing would be set
for Monday, April 28.

Mr. Joseph Kelly and Mr. Joyce appeared with applications for approval
of subdivision plans of two new roads, Apple Tree lane and Scotland road. Date
for hearing set for Monday, April 14.

The following bills submitted and payment unanimously approved, Mr.
Adams not voting: Louise M. Baker, secretarial service March 3, 17, 31, $15.00.
Adams Press, advertising two hearings, Pleasant Associates and McLaughlin, $10.00.
Meeting adjourned at 10:15 to Selectmen's office for discussion of new Board of
Health law.
