PLANNING BOARD MEETING
Monday,Feb.18, 1952
Presents Adams, Caouette, Irwin, Potter, Ripley
Meeting opened at 7:15 o'clock.
Joseph Kelly
Mr. Joseph Kelly appeared with plan for Circumference Street and one
other interior street with openings on Lowell and Woburn streets for which
he wished tentative approval. Plans were taken under advisement.
March loth, 1952, date set for public hearings on Roger B. Tyler and
Albert B. Wolfe, Trustees; Peter Zitso; Antonio Lima; John Sellars; and Ethel
Bean properties.
Mr. Albert Miller; Mr. Salvatore Simeone of 3.07 Century St., Medford;
Mr, Louis Maffei of 59 Century St., Medford; Mr. Gena Cardinal of 28 Gray -
stone Road, Malden; and two others appeared with plans for development between
Maple street and Woburn street for which they wished tentative approval. Plans
were taken under advisement.
Meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m., neat meeting to be in three weeks,
Monday, March 10.
