Bill presented by Mr. John Lichtenburg for drawing population map,
031,00. Unanimously voted the bill be paid.
Articles for Warrant
After some discussion it was felt that land should be reserved now
for certain proposed streets which are not apt to come under subdivision
at present but which are needed for connecting developed areas to main
streets, and that an article should appear in the warrant authorising the
Planning Board to enter into an option to acquire land for highway, sewer,
and water easements, and that there be an appropriation for this committee.
Streets under consideration ares extension of Bernard street to Grove, a
street from Woodhaven area to Waltham street, and one from stood street to
Bedford street. Mr. Stevens is to write up this article.
It was decided Mr. Burns would write up article correcting descrip-
tion of Sellars land on Concord avenue, and those requesting change of zone
for Zitso and Lima.
It was voted to ask the Selectmen to insert an article for a committee
to study new addition to Town Office building for additional office space.
It was voted to write the Selectmen reminding them that article re-

Mr. Brodhftstof 294 Washington street, Boston, and Mr. John Blackwell
appeared'with request to change land between M-1 and Route 128 which is
now R-1 to M:1. Mr. Blackwell stated that it was the original intention to
have this land included at time of zoning except that the exact location of
Route 128 was not known, that it would benefit Mrs. Bean in being able to
sell, and that it would create more taxable property, He would like to have
the Planning Board institute the hearing.
It was decided to write Mr. Blackwell that because there might be
others in the same position, there should be no exception in this case but
that it should go through the regular procedure of petition for hearing.
