PLANNING BOARD MEETING
Monday, December 3,1951
Presents Adams, Geouette, Irwin, Johnson, Potter, Ripley.
Meeting opened at 7s45 p.m.

Bill presented from John Lichtenberg for study plan of Peacock Farm
and Lynch ppro�perties, $20.00. From Louise Baker, secretarial service Nov.
5 and 19, $10.00. Unanimously voted these bills be paid.
Mr. Brooks and Mr. Bertagna appeared with plans for tentative approval
of subdivision on land from corner of Watertown St. and Concord avenue to Mal-
vern Terrace Extension, these plans heaving been changed so that the entrance
was not on Concord Turnpike. Mr. Geouette moved, Mr. Potter seconded that
these plans be given tentative approval. So voted.
Mr. Compton and Mr. Mason appeared for
subdivision on Peacock Farm. Board approved a
advised to submit a more complete plan showing
widening the entrance on Watertown street.

Mr. James E. Carrig of 7374 Mass.Ave.,Cambridge, and Mr. Nylander
appeared with preliminary plan of subdivision of portion of Minute Man Golf
Course on Concord Ave. comprising 64 lots. These plans were taken under ad-
visement.
Mr. Caouette suggested that the Board ask the State for a traffic
count at intersection of Old Concord Ave. and Concord Turnpike with the idea
of a traffic light being installed there.
