Presents Adams, Caouette, Irwin, Johnson, Potter, Ripley.
Meeting opened at 714.5 p.m.
Mr. John Baskin of 45 Adams Street appeared with plans of proposed
subdivision of land between Williams Road and Rt.128. Plans were taken
under advisement.
Budget
A budget was proposed as follows: Secretarial, $300; postage and
supplied, $100; maps, blueprints, professional services, $Ow; total
WOO. Moved by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Ripley, that this budget
be submitted to Appropriation Committee. So voted.
U&M Construction Co.
Mr. Brooks and Mr. Bertagna appeared with plans for tentative
approval of subdivision on land from corner of Watertown street and Con-
cord avenue to Malvern Terrace Extension. They were advised by the Board
that the entrance shown on Concord Turnpike vas not approved, as the
traffic situation here is critical. Plans were returned for revision on
this point. They were also advised that a study should be made of an
adequate water supply.
Fbllen Hill Associates
Mr. Brooks presented plans for subdivision of land, Fbllen Hill
Associates, dated Aug. 1951, extension of parts of Dawes road, Brookwood and
Ledgewood roads. Mr. Caouette retired from the Board for this discussion.
Plans were taken under advisement.
Peacock Farm
Mr. Compton and Mr. Mason appeared with plans for subdivision, Pea-
cock Farm, submitted by Mr. Denfort Compton dated Nov. 19, 1951, land former.
ly of Arthur F. Mason in rear of present Peacock Farm with entrance on Water-
town street. Plans taken under advisement.
It was suggested that an overall study be made of Ridge Construction
and Peacock Farm areas that they may be coordinated inasmuch as they abut.
Meeting adjourned at 1O:40 p.m. until Monday, December 3, with appoint-
ments at WO for Ridge Construction and 8130 "r. Compton.
