Present: Adams, Caouette, Irwin., Potter.
Meeting opened at 7145 p.m.
Bills
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Concord Reformatory, 12 chairs
W $16.50 plus trucking, $3.00, total $201,00. Louise M. Baker, secre-
tarial service Oct. 1, 80 15, and 22, $20.00. Unanimously voted both
bills be paid.
TranSonics
Mr. Sidney Williams of TranSonics, Bedford, appeared with regard
to new site for building as they may not be able to remain at the Airport.
Are interested in Bashian land at junction of 2A and Rt.128, side nearest
Concord. Are a light manufacturing and engineering concern with no ob-
jectionable noise or odor, and are contemplating a 400 x 50 one-story
building. Mr. Williams was advised of the procedure to be gone through
' in order to get the zone changed and was not given too much encouragement
that it would be changed in any event. Was also advised to look at M-1
_ territory.
Mr. Caouette suggested that the members of the Board take a look
at the property in question.
BBertaena-Ridge Construction Co.
Mr. Brooks and Mr. Bertagna appeared with plans for Ridge Construc-
tion Co. for subdivision of land running from corner of Watertown street
and Concord avenue in a northerly direction to Malvern Terrace Extension
at .Arlington line. Plans submitted for tentative approval and were taken
under advisement.
Meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m. until Monday, November 19.
