Meeting opened at 7245 p.m. Desimone and Stacch,', Mr. Timothy Collinslawyer, accompanied by Raymond Desimone and information Stacchi appeared for res lots recorded on original plan of Battle View Park dated Nov. 1913, John N. McClintock, C.S. Of six lots fronting on Webb street, Mr. Desimone desires to combine several for building purposes, and to use one or two additional lots for frontage and combine with land in rear for further building purposes. Mr. Stracobi de- sires to build on land with frontage on right of way only. This problem has been referred to Mr. Stevens, Town Counsel, for legal decision. Pleasant Associates Mr. Small appeared for tentative approval of layout of land of Pleasant Associates and adjoining areas between Lowell street and so-called Johnson Road, owned jointly by Pleasant Associates and Deb Homes, land lying on southwesterly aide of town to Winchester line. Taken under ad- visement for further study. RaIn Bills presented as follows from Rita McNamara $5.00, typing agreements. Louise M. Baker, $10.00, secretarial service Aug. 13 and 27. John Lichtenberg, bringing plans to date as per bill rendered, $41.25. gntance of Street' It was moved by Mr. Caouette and seconded by Mr. Irwin that we suggest and encourage subdividers to petition for acceptance of streets upon completion and approval under subdivision regulations of 1951 and proper release from the Town Engineer. So voted. It was also voted that we send a copy of this motion to the Board of Selectmen. Custom Built Homes Moved b Mr. Caouette and seconded by Mr. Potter that having re- ceived certificate of approval from Mr. Burns, Town Engineer, we approve streets as submitted by Custom Built Homes and that the bond be released.
