The meeting opened in the Selectmen's Office at 7345 p.m.
Pleasant Associates
Mr. Burns presented a map of the entire area of Pleasant Asso-
ciates development for consideration. He was instructed to insert a
tentative plan of Johnson Road in order that it may be coordinated with
other developments before further approvals are given.
Grieco
Patrick Ross, builder, 24 Kenworthy Road, Arlington and Patrick
and Anthony Griecci of Grand View Road, Arlington, appeared with plan of
lot on which they wished to build a house. The plan was dated October
25, 1927 by E.M.Montague, E.E., and comprises 6.6 acres of land off Woburn
street whose only approach is by a 30' private right of way 466' long.
The opinion of the Board was requested as to the legal right to build upon
it. They were advised that they could not without building an accepted
street, but that they might appear before the Board of Appeals altho it
was deemed unlikely that approval would be given.
