$35.00. Bill from Louise M. Baker, secretarial services, June 4 and
18, $10.00. Bill for Adams Press for $1.88, advertising hearing Lex-
ington Estates Trust. Voted all bills be paid.
Hearing on Ryder petition opened. No one appeared in opposition.
Petition calling for extension of Foster Road about 4M ft. and profiles
submitted showing Foster and Dane Roads - Dane Road not having been re-
ferred to in the petition could not be approved and must be left off the
plan and new petition be amended advertising for Dane Road as shown on
plan.
William Pardon of 7 Spencer street appeared for approval of pro-
posed house on Veterans lot,, 17 Cedar Street. Petitioner to leave plans
with Building Inspector Thursday. W.S.Caouette to approve and notify.

Informal session relative to Johnson Road from Winchester. Ques-
tion - has lay -out been tentatively fixed. Explained that only County
Commissioners can make lay -out. Mr. DeBonis interested in Johnson Road
and Winning Farm Lane. Next question Mr. Small brought up - matter of
Lex -Win Prive for Pleasant Associates. Mr. Small was asked for over-all
tentative layout of Lex -Win Drive and Winchester Drive for tentative
approval. Copy of May 14th letter to Mr. Small at his office.
