Mr. Joseph Silva appeared for preliminary approval of lots on S=V
Knoll Ave. and Reed street which was given and it was voted that date fbr
hearing be set for Monday, May 7 at 8 o'clock.
Mr. Albert Miller representing Mr. R. L. Ryder appeared for prelimi-
nary approval of 4 additional lots on layout previously approved on Sher-
burne Road. This was given, and it was voted that date for hearing be set
for Monday, May 7 at 8:15 o'clock.
Mr. Adams reporting on plans for Five Fields stated that Mr. Burne,
Town Engineer, had listed a few suggestions which were agreeable to Mr.
Fletcher, and the map had been returned to be redrawn.

Mr. Peter 'Zitso appeared re:his proposal for change to C-1 sone. Mr.
Zitso was advised to wait until the new zoning laws had been published and
then have the request published for the following town meeting. inasmuch as
there had already been a hearing on the matter, Mr. Johnson moved and Mr.
Potter seconded that the Board Initiate the change. So voted.
Gravel Pits
Considerable discussion followed re: the statue of gravel pits in town.
The meeting adjourned to the Selectmen's rooms for further discussion with the
Board of Selectmen on this subject.
