PIARTING BOIU IAEETING
Monday, January 29,1951
Present: Cromwell, Adams, Caouette, Johnson, Potter.
Meeting opened at 7:30 P.M.
Parking Area - W .Viano
Upon invitation of the Board, I:Y.Eugene Viano appeared to discuss
his opinions on the parking problem. With regard to his property he
stated that alum he had several propositions in mind, nothing concrete
as yet had been decided. He plans to use most of his land in the rear
of the First TTational Store for parking purposes. The Board suggested
that a 17ay be established from Vine Brook road through to this area, and
he agreed that this would be feasible. Lr.Viano also made the suggestion
that a new zone be created - a parking zone - which would consist of
areas adjacent to 0-1 and C-2 zones, and the Board agreed to take this
under consideration.
