Meeting opened at 7:30 p.m.
Cadario
Letter read from Mr.Cadario's engineer stating that 67J" had been out
from the top of spillway, and pond was now at "mud level."
Mr.Nicholas DeBonis appeared for Deb Homes,Inc. of Medford seeking
approval of plats and profiles for subdivision of a portion of Wheeler Ss -
tate on Lowell street as shown by plan by C.B. Northrup, C.E. of Belmont.
Tentative approval was given providing a cul-de-sac is built at the end of
the street instead of leaving a dead end.

A budget for 1951-1952 was outlined as follows: clerical, $300•
postage and supplies, $1W; advertising and printing, $350; mapper; W;
drafting and professional advice, $200; 4 chairs, $200.
Moved by Mr.Adams and seconded by Ur.Potter that these figures be
' submitted to the Appropriation Committee. So voted.
ConflictingMtreet names
Moved by Mr.Adams and seconded by Mr.Ripley that a letter be written
the Board of Selectmen stating that this Board recommends that an article
be inserted in the warrant asking that conflicting street names be changed,
that the problem is urgent and immediate steps should be taken to rowdy
the situation.

The map showing land of Una on Waltham street and Concord avenue
squared to a depth of 200' was approved and it was voted to have an article
inserted in the warrant approving return to C-1 district.

Moved by Mr.Adams and seconded by Mr.Ripley that the Clerk get in
contact with Vx.Silva and explain his situation with regard to the zoning
laws and that he will have to conform to them.
Parking areas
Maps were provided showing areas between Meriam street and Edison
Way and Colonial Garage and Clarke street, and discussion of parking areas
followed. It was voted to invite Mr.Qiano to attend the neat meeting of the
Planning Board to be held Monday, Jan. 29 to discuss a plan in regard to his
property.
Meeting adjourned at 9:3O p.m.
