Presents Cromwell, Adams, Caouette, Potter, Ripley
Copy of a letter to Selectmen from Chamber of Commerce was read res
request for consideration of more parking areas. It was decided to write a
letter to the Selectmen stating that the Board was in sympathy with the
general idea of more parking space and considered it one of the important
items to be given consideration in early 1951.

A letter from Mr.Harold Conant was read, in which he stated he wished
to change some of the boundary lines on back of lots on Wachusettt Circle but
which would not affect the frontage. It was voted to write Mr.Conant a letter
stating this was not in the province of the Planning Board.
Deb Homes
Mr.Nicholas DeBonis and Mr.Al Miller appeared for approval of plans
of subdivision on Lowell Street. The plans were left in the hands of the
Clerk for consultation with the engineer for Deb Homes,Inc. for clarification.
' Caryl Realty
Five citizens of Briggs road area with Mr.Albert M.Eames as spokes-
man appeared with complaint that they felt Mr.Cadario of Caryl Realty Co. had
not 3ived up to his agreement to keep the water level of Hatch's Pond at the
summer level. They stated it was too high and their cellars were being flooded
as a result. (.P.records July 17.) Mr.Burns stated that he felt there had
been an error in construction of the outlet. It was decided to interview Mr.
Cadario as soon as possible and hear what he had to say before doing anything
further.
Belly-Laoonia St.
A letter was read from Kelly Corp. requesting approval of change in lay-
out of Laconia street. (P.B.records Oct.23.) It was voted to write a letter
to the Selectmen stating that the Board felt it was desirable from the point
of view of a street layout plan but that it did not desire to recommend the
acceptance of the street, abatement of betterments, etc. as these were legal
points beyond their province.
Bim
A bill was presented from Louise M. Baker for stenographic service for
month of November amounting to $15.75. Unanimously voted the bill be paid.
