I1eeting opened at 7:40 p.m. Louise Sexton A letter was read from Firs. Louise Sexton in which she asked for a rebate on her 020 fee for hearing inasmuch as abuttors had not been notified. The chairman was instructed to write 11rs. Sexton a letter ad- vising her that $20 was the customary fee for expenses incurred in con- nection with holding a hearing, and that the Board did not necessarily have to send letters to abuttors. In connection with Mrs. Sexton's request for change to business zone of her land, the Board feels that this land would be desirable property for the Town to acquire and that it should not be zoned for business until such time as the Town decides for or against buying it. James Carri - Hearing? Mr. James Carrig and P,Ir. Fred Joyce of Belmont appeared for approval of proposed subdivision of a portion of the former Cutler Farm on the north- erly side of Concord Avenue and for the extension of a way a cross said land according to plan and profiles by Fred A. Joyce, E.C. No objections were raised and none but the developer appeared. Harry Hull - Hearing Idr. Harry Hull and Vir. Fred Joyce appeared for approval of proposed subdivision of a portion of 56 acre tract at the southwesterly corner at the junction of Lowell and Maple Streets and for the extension of a way across said land according to plan and profiles by Fred A. Joyce, E.C. A change or two was suggested. None but the developer appeared. Cary Ave, - Aerial Street Town Engineer Burns requested that the chairman of the Planning Board write a letter to the Board of Selectmen approving the layout and con- struction under the betterment act of Cary Avenue from Middle Street through to Shade Street and of Aerial Street from Sutherland Road to Daniels Street, a distance of about 500 ft. Proposed Road The Board considered a plan prepared by Town Engineer Burns showing a proposed road from Woodhaven to the Franklin School. ' Bill A bill was submitted from Rita J.
