Present: Cromwell, Adams, Caouette, Ripley, Potter. Also Town Counsel
Stevens.
Meeting opened at 7:30 for the purpose of further discussing the
zoning by-laws.
Rix Property
A petition was brought in by Mr. John Downey of 4 Farmcrest avenue
with signatures representing fourteen families to strike out Section 4
(c) 9, C-i area in Earrett Road and Waltham Street section. It was voted
to make no recommendation and inasmuch as the Board was evenly divided on
this question it is not possible to take the article out of the proposed
amendment.
Section 8-A. Par. 5.
Duly voted to delete Section 8-A, Par. 5.
Bills
The following bills were presented: Adams Press, 3 line zinc etch-
ings of Town of Lexington $105.00. Louise L . Baker, services for October,
=.75, 1 box onion skin paper, $2.75. Unanimously voted to pay these bills,
Mr. Adams not voting.
Meeting adjourned at 10:20 p.m.
