Petition received from Louise F. Sexton and eleven others requesting
change in zone from R-1 to C-1 on "plan of lots on Fletcher Estate" and re-
questing definition of area involved. Area designated as 4001 exclusive of
public buildings.
Architects Collaborative
1,1r. and Mrs. twrman Fletcher of 36 Moon Hill Road and fair. W. T. Martin
e of 16 Swan Lane appeared for Architects Collaborative with plans for a pro-
posed development on Concord Avenue. As far as the Planning Board was con-
cerned tentative approval was given with a few suggested changes. However,
the question of water supply arose, presenting a problem which would have to
be worked out before anything further can be done.

lowed.
