Meeting opened at 7s55.
Elementary Sehools Sites Committe4
Mr.Cromwell stated that Mrs.Morey for the School Committee had asked
to have two members of the Planning Board appointed to the Elementary Schools
Sites Committee. Mr.Cromwell nominated Mr.Adame as a member, Mr.Potter
seconded. So voted. Mr.Adame nominated Mr.Johnson as seoond *ember, Mr.
Potter. So voted.
Wheeler Estate
Mr.Cosmo DeBonis and Mr.Nicholas DeBonis appeared with plans and pro-
files of lots on Wheeler Estate. These were tentatively approved with cer-
tain corrections to be made before date of hearing which was set for July 17
at 8 o'clock.
Caryl Realty Trust
Mr.Elton O.Stearns of Rowland H.Barnes & Co. and John A.Cadario of Arl-
' ington for Caryl Realty Trust brought in corrections in previous plans for
oonetruotion on Crescent Street and Been Lane. These were tentatively
approved with slight correction to be made before date of hearing which was
set for July 17 at 8:30 o'clock.
jexin ton Construction Co.
Harvey Newgent of Lexington Construction Co.,Inc. brought in contracts
for development on Wood street requesting signatures of the Planning Board.
This request was complied with.
Russel Rouse Prover y
Mr.Pat Tropeano and Mr.Harold Stevens appeared before the Board. Mr.
Tropeano stated that he represented the owners of the Russell House property
who desired to petition to hold a hearing to amend the existing Boning by-
laws to create a new sone and area. There was a question as to whether or
not to have a separate hearing or wait and incorporate the change in the re-
vised by-laws. It was decided to petition for a hearing, date to be set
later after consulting the principals.
The meeting adjourned at 9:50 until July 10.
