Meeting opened at 7s4O p.m. Bilk s Bills were presented as followss Muriel Wilson and Rita McNsmara, typ- ing and mimeographing water and street specifications, $28.00. Unanimously voted the bill be paid. Adams Press, publishing hearings of Lexington Con- struction Co. and Lexington Estates Trust, $5.50; $75.10 for publishing zoning by-laws, part of which had not been included in first bill. Voted bills be paid, Mr. Adams not voting. Iexin_pton Construction Co., Inc Harvey Newgent for Lexington Construction Co.,Ine., submitted plans for approval of plat and profile of a street running easterly and northerly from Wood street, and also of a street extending northerly from an existing sub- division of Lexington Construction Co.,Inc. according to plans and profiles by Miller & flylander, Engineers. No-one appeared except the Developer. Mr. Potter moved and Mr.Adsms seconded the plans and profiles be accepted as sub- mitted subject to completion of the sub -division agreement between Lexington Construction Co.,Inc. and the Planning Board. Unanimously voted. Lexington Estates Trust. Mr.Robert Ryder for Lexington Estates Trust submitted for approval plat and proliiles showing proposed extension of Kendall Road according to plans by Miller and Nylander, C.E.s. No-one appeared except the Developer. Mr.Potter moved and Mr.Adams seconded the plans and profiles be accepted as submitted subject to completion of the sub -division agreement between Lexington Con- struction Go. Inc. and the Planning Board. Unanimously voted. Caryl & Ity Trust. Mr.Elton O.Stearns of Rowland H.Barnes & Co., 681 Main St., Waltham, and John A.Cadario of 30 Richfield Road, Arlington for Caryl Realty Trust appeared before the Board with proposed layout for construction on Crescent Street and Green Lanae. These plans were taken under advisement. Leonard Lellis &. Plans were submitted by Lexington Construction Co. for home to be built on Veteran's Lot #12, Cedar Street, for Leonard Jellis Jr. Moved by Mr.John- son, seconded by Mr.Caouette, that house being built on Veteran's Lot 112, Cedar Street for Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Jellis Jr. as per plans and elevations by C.Harry Erickson, Architect, be approved as to plot plan, and front,. side, and rear elevations.
