Present: Potter, Adams, Johnson, Cromwell, Caouette,
Ripley and Burns, Town Engineer
7:50 P. M. Albert Miller, engineer, representing Lex-
ington Estates Trust., appeared with plans and profiles
showing proposed extension of Kendall Road, approximate-
ly 30Q feet, to open 3 lots. Taken under advisement.
Meeting set for 8:30 P. M., June 12th, 1950.
Moves by William Potter and seconded by Fred. Johnson,
that Mrs. Louise Baker of Stratham Road be employed as
stenographer on trial basis at a rate of *1^00 per hour.
Unanimously voted.
8:35 P. M. Town Counsel, Mr. Harold Stevens, discussed
the new Zoning By -Law. He will notify the Board if he
is ready to pass the new Zoning By -Law the first week in
June.
On motion by Mr. Adams and seconded by Mr. Johnson,
it was moved that the newly amended and revised sub-
division regulations, as submitted by the Town Engineer,
be adopted as of May 22nd, A copy of which is hereto
annexed. Unanimously voted.
On motion by Mr. Adams and Mr. Ripley, bill of
Francis J. Hunt for stenographic report on Publis Hearing,
April 24th and April 25th, 1950 in the amount of $196.96
be approved. Unanimously voted.
