Present: Potter, Cromwell, Ripley, Johnson, Caouette and Burns, Town Entineer and special counsel, Mr. Lynch. Upon motion duly made by Mr. Ripley and seconded by Mr. Potter, it was voted to change the boundaries of the C.2 district, as proposed in the advertisement for the public hearing on the proposed amendment to the Zoning By -Law in section 4 "d 7, by reducing the size of the proposed zone bb that the said zone, now proposed by the Planning Board, shall run along the southwesterly line of Mass. Ave. from the intersection for a distance of about 800 feet, thence southwesterly a distance of about 295 Peet, thence northwesterly along the northeasterly lot lines of Lots 14B, 14A, 139 129 19, 200 10 and 9 as shown on Land Court Plan ,#9469, a distance of about 470 feet; thence nowthwesterly about 215 feet; thence south- westerly a distance of about 137 feet to Vine Brook Road; thence northwesterly along the northeasterly line of Vine Brook Road to the southeasterly line of Waltham St.; thence north- easterly along said southeasterly line of Waltham Street to the point of beginning. Unanimously voted. Discussion of Zoning By -Law for Town Meeting. 10;35 P. M. Conference with Board of Selectmen concerning Board of Survey regulations.. Meeting adjourned 11:30 P. M. Winfie S.
