Minutes of the Lexington Planning Board
April 17, 1950
Meeting called to order at 7:45 P. M.
Present: Potter, Johnson, Cromwell, Ripley, Caouette,
Adams and Burns, Town Engineer
Town meeting postponed from May 22nd to June 8th,
8 P. M. Hearing opened for Puritan Homes layout of 30
lots and profiles by plans of Miller & Nyland, Engineers.
Appearing in favor Edward S. Sheklik of Cochituate,
Peter Ligori of Natick, W. H. Lyon. No opposition developed.
Meeting closed. Taken under advisement, On motion by
Mr. Adams and seconded by Mr. Johnson, the plan and
profiles approved subject to prenaration of proper agree-
ment by Board of Survey.
8:25 P. M. Mrs. Ralph A. Harris of Malden, owner of land
on Burlington St., formerly part of Kinneen farm. John A.
Boggia of Malden speaking for Mrs. Harris. Proposed lay-
out of Lexington Ridge, Inc. by John F. Rand, Civil
Engineer, taken under advisement for study leading to
definative approval.
9:55 P. M. Harry Hull and Fred Joyce presented proposed
layout of rear of Lowell St. Plan given informal approval
subject to final plans and profiles being submitted show-
ing easement for future water connections. Request letter
as to entrance on to Lowell St. Voted Clerk write letter
giving tentative approval. Harry D. Hull, 77 Summer St.,
Arlington, Mass.
9:20 P. M. Joseph Kelly appeared regarding business area
layout junction of Woburn and Lowell Streets. After dis-
cussion, Mr. Kelly will bring in plan later.
Meeting adjourned 10:30 P. M.
