Minutes of the Lexington Planning Board
March 6, 1950
Meeting called to order 7145 P. M.
Present: Potter, Johnson, Cromwell, Ripley, Adams,
Caouette and Burns, Town Engineer
Everett M. Brooks, engineer, for the Middlesex
Investment Corporation, appeared, relative for lotting
of 78 lots --former Ring land. Board suggested that
means be found to provide a way out to Spring Street
across Fowle and land of others.
Voted that the Selectmen be and are requested to
hold a special Town Meeting for Amendment to the Zoning
By-Law~May 1st, 1950.
Meeting adjourned 9:30 P. M.
