February 27, 1950
Meeting called to order 7:30 P. M.
Present: Cromwell, Ripley, Adams, Johnson, Potter and
Caouette
Pleasant Associates appeared with plans for informal
approval of first layout to proceed with Board. Agreed
subject to submitting plans with some changes for definitive
approval.
Meeting with Board of Selectmen. Question: later
main extension and drainage.
On motion by Adams, and seconded by Potter, voted that
the subdivision regulations henceforth be ammended so that
the subdivider be required to supply and install water mains
and necessary appurtenances by and at the expense of the
subdivider. All of which installation be subject to regu-
lations, inspection and approval by the Public Works Depart-
ment of the Town of Lexington.
Meeting adjourned 10 P. M.
