Meeting called to order 8 P. M.
Present: Potter, Cromwell, Ripley, Johnson, Adams, Caouette
and Burns, Town Engineer
Sidney Kahan, attorney, representing Samuel Sanders,
W4 Bedford Street, desires to have a gas station on land
owned on Bedford Street, presently Zoned R. 1, except for
permit to operate vegatable stand, land north of proposed
cloverleaf off Route 128. 295' frontage on Bedford Street.
Petitioners given forms to file.
8:15 P. M. The Wheeler group appeared with Engineer
Northrup, presenting plans and profiles for study. Taken
under advisement.
9:00 P. M. Board of Health --Dr. Cosgrove. Prof.
Russell problem of restricting use of land in closely
built R.1 districts for stock and poultry raising.
Robinson Farm—divided into house lots. Two ordinary
house lots--Brucci--to see if Planning Board would consider
to add to Zoning By -Law. Board will consult counsel.
9:15 P. M. Study of Munroe property layout. Fred
Joyce, Engineer. Mr. Joyce left plan and contour plan of
area --Joseph Kelly property.
