February 13, 1950
Meeting called to order 7130 P. M.
Present: Potter, Cromwell, Johnson, Adams, Ripley and
Caouette
Mr. Harold Stevens, Trnm Counsel, discussed the
description of the Five Forks Area. His opindon was
that the description in the 1946 By -Law was in keeping
with a plan of record of the Alice Cary land and adjacent
streets. Mr. Stevens to make further study and render
a formal opinion.
On motion, by Alan G. Adams, seconded by Clerk,
it was moved that the Article in the Town Warrant regard-
ing the new Zoning By -Law be not printed. On Vote, the
Board was divided, as follows: Adams, Johnson and Caouette
in the affirmative and Ripley, Potter and Cromwell opposed.
Being a tie vote, the motion was lost.
Then followed discussion of the Wheeler Estate.
