Minutes of the Lexington Planning Board
January 30, 1950
Meeting called to order 7:45 P. M.
Present: Potter, Cromwell, Johnson, Adams and Caouette
Primary suimitsion of plan --proposed lottings front-
ing on Wood Street --23 lots by Charles H. McLaughlin of
Winchester --McLaughlin Realty Trust of Somerville.
Approximately 23 lots. General proposed layout net with
tentative approval.
8:25 P. M. Appeared—Puritan Homes, Inc. of Natick
represented by Engineer Nylander. Propose to submit for
' definative approval 20 lots as start of development of
Old Simonds tract. Mr. Edward Shaklik, President, 11
Lake Road, Cochi.tuate. Peter Ligori, 6 Allen Court,Natick
and James Ligori, 6 Allen Court, Natick. Taken under
advisement.
Meeting adjourned 10 P. M.
