Spiers, Jr., William H. Butler, Jr. and Salva- tore J. Corouells, all of Arlington, Engineer Northrup. Approximately 200 lots to start with. Suggest that the Town of Winchester be contacted regarding proposed connect- ing way--582 lots total. Richard Porter, Triple Tree Ranch, of Lexington proposed location of Johnson Restaurant and Gas Station on Route 2 at junction of ramp to Route 128. Taken under advisement for discussion. Forms for petition to change zone deliver- ed to Mr. Porter. Petition from Middlesex and Boston for bus route from Mass. Ave. via Oak, Baker. and Taft to Mass. Ave. Motion that the Planning Board does not recommend the petition be granted on account of the width of the travelled way and grades of the streets in question. Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.
