Richard Porter and Sidney Birch appeared regarding
our opinion on Howard Johnson Restaurant on Triple Tres
Ranch property Concord Turnpike, Chairman Cromwell
will reply to kr. Porter, stating we could not approve.
Town Counsel, Stevens, appeared regarding legal
work necessary on new zoning By -Law. Discussion as
to By -Law coming before annual town meeting. Opinion
was that if Legal work could be completed by February
15th, we could then go ahead for annual meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 10 P. M.
