December 13, 1949
Meeting called to order at 8:05 P. M.
Present: Cromwell, Johnson, Adams, 3ipley,Potter,
Caouette and Burns, Town Engineer.
P1r. Larson and his attorney and engineer appeared
regarding t,h-' layout of his Oak Street land:
A. Dedication of strip, maximum of ten (10) feet
on Oak Street, to Town for future widening, this extablish-
ing new line to set houses back from.
B. Larson free to remove wall above his first lot.
Possibility that wall, at this point, will have to be
shifted when street is widened.
C. Reserved right to use all materials from excavated
strip.
' D. Nater pipe to be extended not later than early
spring 1950.
E. Larson to nay for water from Lot 1 down hill.
Betterment account.
F. Town to build, at Town expense, Oak Street.
Plan to be supplied and recommendations to be made
by Planning Board to Town for early priority.
Final plans and agreements for lot extensions of
Aoodhaven.
Moved that population map be brought up to date this
month.
Discussion of Budget for 1950. Voted to budget as
for 1949, due to the Planning Board not being at a point
of readiness for use of services in connection with the
new 3oning By -Law.
Discussion of Zoning By -Law.
