Present: Dotter, Adams, Piple-r, Cromwell, Johnson, Caouette and Burns (Town Engineer) g ) Primary discussion of Type B --Type A streets. 8:05 P. Pdi. Mrs. Albert Frothingham, X20 York Street, Lexington, appeared regarding abutter on York Street regarding the surfacing of York Street. Propose 20 foot travel way with scoup gutter and also to reduce the layout to 40 feet between lot lines instead of 50 feet. Board felt that it sees no objection to the plan. The Board discussed an invitation for a meeting with the Taxpayers' Association. It was decided to In- vite in the Association's Zoning Committee soon but leave the question of a general meeting till later. Informal discussion with the Board of Selectmen with reference to the requirements for road acceptance under betterment. Selectmen requested the planning Board to make recommendations for consideration by the Selectmen October 17th at 8 P. Y. Next meeting October 16th at 7:30 P. N. Winfiel S. Caouette Clerk 1
