Minutes of the Lexington Planning Board
September 13, 1949
Meeting called to order 7:30 P. M.
Present: Adams, Ripley, Cromwell, Potter, Johnson, Caouette
and Burns (Town Engineer)
Motion made that the Planning Board recommends to the
Board of Selectmen that the Town acquire, by purchase at
a favorable price, lot fronting on Marrett Road presently
owned by Yatthew Macaulay et ux containing 310948 square
feet of land, more or less, for sewer and water extension,
enlargement for present town property and for egress to
Outlook Drive from Yarrett Road. Chairman to write letter
to Board of Selectmen.
McLaughlin preliminary hearing September 20th, if not
ready, no meeting will be held.
Voted to pay bill of John C. Lichtenberg for revising
population man to July 313, 1949.
Voted that the Town engineer, in the interest of the
Planning Board, obtain cost for aerial topographical map
and report at a subsequent meeting.
