Present: Burns, Cromwell, Johnson, Ripley, Adams and Caouette Letter from Library Trustees relative to parking on Clarke Street. Plot owned by the Town. General discussion followed. Moved and seconded that the Chairman sit in with Library Trustees to discuss the entire matter. Chairman authorized to notify American Bonding Company and Custom Built Homes, Inc. that agreements covering the streets in Woodhaven have been met. Letter from Hobert L. Ryder. Write letter of appreciation and state matter will, be given further study. 8: 20 P. M. Charles A. McLaughlin and his engineer, Joyce, appeared relative to proposed further expansion of lottings of Woodhaven. Tentative approval of informal plan submitted provided future street be shown out to Valleyfield Street. Further dis- cussion relative to future entrance onto Concord-Cambridge Turnpike. The Board feels that no satisfactory solution seems apparent at the present time. Agreed that Chairman write Edgar Kopel relative to the staters ideas on the subject. Copy of letter to the Selectmen from the Selectmen of Winchester regarding street running westerly. Chairman to repl., as to interest. Voted: That Richards Population map be brought up to date.
