Present: Potter, Cromwell, Adams, Johnson, Ripley, Caao-atte, Burns (Town Engineer) & Blackwell (Consultant) 7:50 P. M. William Hanna, petitioner, residing at 7 Cherry Street, Lexington, now has option on property at 171-173 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, presently zoned for two family district, petitioned to change present zone to zone for retail sale of gas, oil, tires, etc., designed for neighborhood service (Esso). The Planning Board explained the approach necessary for the petitioner. Petitioner was informed that the Planning Board is studying locus for possible recommendation to the Town that it be zoned for business. 8:30 P. M. Mr. Joseph Silva --to present preliminary plat for tentative approval of his land entitled: "Vaille Trust-- ' drawn June 1, 1904." Mr. Blackwell explained that Mr. Silva had proper rights of way to Sunnyknoll Ave, and submitted copy of letter from Richardson, Wolcott, Tyler and Fassett to be retained in the Planning Board records. The Planning Board recommended to the Petitioner that he write a letter to the Planning Board outlining full details. 9:01 P. M. Mr. Ernest Lindstrom, Building Inspector, on re- quest by Town Counsel, appeared regarding permission for the erection of a building to house chinchillas. Mr. Adams moved that Mr. Lindstrom refer the Petitioner to the Board of Health. Moved that the Clerk write to the Town Counsel that in the opinion of the Planning Board, sufficient provisions exist in the present By -Laws govern- ing such instances, but if in his opinion this does not cover the interests of the Town, the Planning Board would request a formal suggestion. 9:25 P.
