The record of the previous meeting was read and approved.
Gustave Larsen re Oak street Subdivision
11r.Larsen with his engineer, Mr.Ncrthrup, appeared to work cut
some soluticn as to the development of Oak street land in conjunction with
the sale of tax title lots on Hillside avenue. "'o decision was reached and
Mr.Larsen will return later.
Zon= nrf Lp Revision
P.!r.Blackwe7.l presented plans for a neer zoning map. There was ex-
tended discussion on increasing the frontare and area of lots. Prr.Johnsor
suggested that frontaEe be set at 125 feet and 15,500 area. Mr.Jotn;son
moved and P,1r.Potter seconded a motion that the general idea of an increase
to 12, frontage with minimum area of 15,500 ft. with present side yard re-
strictions be applied town, wide. T"essrs.Ripley, Johnson, Potter, Cromwell,
Adams in favor; Couette opposed.
