The record of the previous meeting was read and accepted.
allside Avenue
The Board discussed the proposed tax title sales of town lots
along Hillside avenue, Mr•Couette moved and Lkr.Potter seconded a motion
that the Planning Board recommends to the Selectmen that they reject the
offer of Mr.Larsen for various tax title lots on Hillside avenue unless
Mr.Larsen will agree to build a connecting road across the open land from
Oak street to Hillside avenue provided that he furnish appropriate guaran-
tees or construct such road before taking title to the land, and submit
subdivisions and street layouts acceptable to the Town. Voted unanimously.

districts. It was suggested that percentage method be used. 20% adopted
111 tentatively, not nearer boundary than 30 It., 75,000 ft. minimum total
area, 150 ft. frontage. Tvio areas tentatively picked (a) Tewksbury street
and (b) Waltham street.

Mr.Blackwell recommended two larger lot sizes, 25,000 sq. ft. and
45,000 sq.ft. Also abolishing all two family zones except in East Lex-
ington. There we s then a general discussion of Subdivision Regulations and
betterment.
