PLAIrum BOARD I:EETIIIG
March 22, 1949
Present= Cromvrell, Ripley, Couette, Adams. John Blackwell was also present.
The record of the previous meeting was read and accepted.
A letter was read from Charles H. LcLaughlin, Treasurer of Custom
Built Iiomes,Ine.,requesting extension until June 1st of agreement dated Jan.
11,1949. 11r -Ripley moved and Pir.Couette seconded a motion that this agree-
ment be extended until June 30th. It was the feeling of the Board that both
his agreements should be lived up to.
?k. Silva
11?.Silva cf Sunny Knoll road came in to see about sub -dividing his
land off Sunny Knoll road. He is willing to build a proper road over the
right of vray which he does not own. 1.1r.Silva was told that his general lay-
out was alright but that until he has formal release from other parties in
the right of Sway, the Planning Board could not act.
Article 3g in the General Warrant
Mr -Cromwell discussed this article and why it was inserted in the
warrant. It was decided to turn its presentation back to the Board of Se-
lectmen.

Ileeting adjourned at 10.025 p.m.
