Present: Cromwell, Ripley, Couette, Adams. John Blackwell was also present.
The record cf the previous meeting was read and accepted.
Request for Extension of Agreement on Wood
A letter was read from Charles H. McLaughlin, Treasurer of Custom
Built ITomes,Inc.,requesting extension until June 1st of agreement dated Jan.
1,1949. Ih .Ripley moved and tlr.Couette seconded a motion that this agree-
ment be extended until June 30th. It was the feeling of the Board that both
his agreements should be lived up to.
Mr.Silva
bk.Silva GI' Sunny Knoll road came in to see about sub-dividing his
land cff Sunny Knoll road. He is willing to build a proper road over the
right cf way which he does not own. I:Tr.Silva was told that his general lay-
cut was alright but that until he has formal release from other parties in
the right of way, the Planning Board could not act.

Ur Cromwell discussed this article and why it was inserted in the
warrant. It was decided to turn its presentation back to the Board of Se-
lectmen.

nr Blackwell presented proposed revisions from P 4.54 onward to
P 5.5
