the Town.

answer was possible land lotting development.
rr.Lr iscoe of Farmcrest avenue arose in objection. He stated that
not everybody had been asked. Hr.Iiorse of Farmcrest avenue stated that he
had not been as:-ed. He complained of present traffic congestion. He asked
if there were any plans of development and L—.Rix said there were no plans.
If he sold the development it will be a benefit to the neighborhood.

ground at time of gasoline permit. I:ir.Ryder said backland for this purpose
was still good. I. .Dovney registered opposition. Lir.Kraff said that he had
offered to buy this land for housing purpose. He repeated a lot of hearsay
evidence on misrepresentation. He feared competition. He was against the
proposal.
