The records of the previous meeting were read and accepted Veteran's Lot Approval Plans for construction for a veteran's house on lot 20, Cedar street, were submitted by David G. Govan. The Board voted approval. Zoning By-laws Chance For the remainder of the evening the first draft of the new revised zoning by-laws was discussed and amended. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted. Mr.Arthur Meson's Provosed Sub-divisiorg Mr.W.H.Iyon and Mr.Albert Willer accompanied Mr.Wason to discuss informally a proposed sub-division of his land off Watertown street. A map was presented, and the subject was informally discussed. Iareer. Lot Zonine The question of setting up concentric circles of several sized lots was gone over; for instance, the outer areas might be 40,000 ft. and the next circle 25,000. Lr.CSromwell suggested talking privately with several big landowners to see their reaction, and while this was being done, pro- ceed further with other work. nonversion of Sj.ngle Houses It was decided to preserve the present provision with the addition of keeping the outward appearance (See 9:c). Mr.Worthen moved and Mr. Johnson seconded a motion that this provision be adopted. yid t.ory Off-Rtr.Ret Papki g This proposed change would provide usable parking area for one car per family in residential area; in business area, unloading area and 1 car space ratio to 3 sq.ft. of building area.
