By-laws Change For the remainder of the evening the first draft of the new revised zoning by-laws was discussed and amended. Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M. A map was presented, and the subject was informally discussed. larger Lot Zoning The question of setting up concentric circles of several sized lots was gone over; for instance, the outer areas might be 40,000 ft. and the next circle 25,000. P3r.Cromwell suggested talking privately with several big landowners to see their reaction, and while this was being done, pro- ceed further with other work. Dgnyersion of Single Homes It was decided to preserve the present provision with the addition of keeping the outward appearance (See 9:c). Mr.Worthen moved and kr. ' Johnson seconded a motion that this provision be adopted. loan a't r'q' Off' -street Parking This proposed change would provide usable parking area for one car per family in residential area; in business area, unloading area and 1 car space ratio to 3 sq.ft. of building area.
