Present: Cromwell, Richards, Adams, Johnson, Ripley, Burns.
The records of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Mr.Cromwell stated that he would fill in the form certifying to the
Town Accountant unpaid bills. It was suggested that $50 be allocated to
bringing the population map up-to-date. Ur.Johnson moved and Mr.Ripley
seconded a motion that this be done. $20 is also to be allocated to
mounting maps. Mr.Richards moved and Mr.Worthen seconded a motion to pay
a bill from 1W.Blackwell for "Forther services on revision of zoning by-law
and map" - $1000. So voted.

Mr.Blackwell presented drafts of the new by-laws and they were checked
from page 5 thru page 7.
Meeting adjourned at 10s45 p.m.
