October 26, 1948
Presents Cromwell, Richards, Adams Johnson Barjw Worthen
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Mr.Cromwell reviewed 'Zoning Changes._ 30 foot set backs and com-
bining 50 foot lots - discussed for 1948 Annual. Meeting but not inserted
in warrant. Mr.Cromwell said that these should be discussed for the
1949 Town Meeting.

Mr.Burns presented request of Charles McLautblin of Woodhaven De-
velopment for permission to change grade of Woodcliffe road as outlined
on plan. Mr.Johnson awed and Mr.Richards seconded a motion to permit
Mr.PMcLauthiin to proceed with this change if he will write a letter to
this effect and submit a new plan. So voted.
Selfridge Agreement
Mr.Worthen moved and Mr.Johnson seconded a motion to release Mr.
Selfridge from his agreement, as Mr.Burns reported work is satisfactory.
So voted.
Mr.Blackwell presented his "Neighborhood Survey Report" which was
read individually by members of the Board. There was some discussion
and then t1r.Blackwell returned for further discussion. W.Blackwell was
asked what he wanted to know from us, and the items were as follows:
1. One or two areas of larger size lots.
2. Should there be provision for converting big houses to two fam-
ilies.
3. Changing shape of present business zones.
4. 30 -foot set back.
5. Deepening business zone in Center and elsewhere.
6. Eliminate two family zone.
7. Mandatory off-street parking.
8. Garden apartment zone.
Mr.Blackwell's map of suggested changes will be shown to the Board
next week.
