Present: Cromwell, Richards, Worthen, Adams, Johnson
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
g stem Built Homes Agreement
Mr.Cromwell presented agreements for Custom Built Domes for signa-
ture. All present signed.
'iia Develomment off Sinn Knoll Road
Mr Cromwell reported that Prank Silva of 231 Bedford Street had
come in to see about his proposed development of land off Sunny Knoll Road.
Be wanted to know if he would have to build a subdivision road if not con-
nected to Sunny Knoll. The Board decided it would not approve this uncon-
nected subdivision street.
Books Development (Ridge Construction Co--Inc,) off Golden Avenue.
Messrs.Ford and Thompson of Everett Brooks' office presented revised
plan of the condition of Golden Avenue. This same subdivision had been

under discussion at meeting of April 7, 1947. The minutes of this meeting
were referred to and the question of a turn-around was discussed. Grades
(12%) and drainage were discussed. The applicants will be informed by
letter of the grade. After the applicants left it was decided to leave
the grade at 10%. (Everett M.Brooks Co., 259 Walnut St.,Newtonville).
Budget better
A letter was received from the Board of Selectmen stating that bud-
gets must be in by November 15, 1945.
Mr.Blackwell's Project
The status of Mr.Blaekwell's project were discussed.
Libby Lot at 57 Spring Street
The problem of Lot 61 on Spring Street presented by Mrs.Libby was dis-
cussed. It does not appear that as far as the Board can see a house cannot
be built on this lot.

' rking Neter Report
The clerk brought up the fact that a report must be made at the special
town meeting on parking meters. Bdr.Johnson will write a preliminary report
for next week's meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
