September 7, 1948
Present: Cromwell, Worthen, Adams, Burns.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Wellington Estate@
A letter from Mr.Albert A.Ross relative to the further develop-
ment of Wellington Estates was read. After thorough discussion it was
voted to write Mr.Ross a letter stating that it was the opinion of the
Planning Board that before proceeding further with his development he
must comply with the present statutes and the sub-division rules and regu-
lations of the Town of Lexington.
Grandview Trust
The Board inspected a plan showing the owners of the area
affected. It was suggested that the Board confer with Selectmen prior to
talking with members of the Trust.

J.W.Greer
It was voted to refer the petition of J .Greer to the Assessors
for certification. The Clerk was instructed to send Mr.Greer notice of
this and also the instruction sheet. It was voted to set the date for the
hearing on September 28th if previous legal requirements are met.
